I will then take as much time as needed to do a complete walk through of the report. This will educate you on the findings so you can make an informed buying decision.
My experience includes being a veteran of the United States Armed Forces where I was a carpentry and masonry specialist in the Army Corps of Engineers. I have over 20 years of construction background in all phases of new home building and remodeling.
I am an Arizona State Certified Home Inspector and a graduate of American Home Inspector Training Institute. I also am PHII certified in Manufactured Home inspections. My memberships include the National Association of Residential Real Estate Professionals and SEVRAR.
